At the start of each arbequina olive harvest, we travel across the renowned producing regions of Lleida. We visit the groves, monitor the evolution of the harvest, and accompany producers during the first milling of the season.

Rigorous tasting: only one is chosen
At our tasting table, we evaluate more than 12 unfiltered early-harvest oils from different renowned producers each year. Only one achieves the excellence we seek: aromatic intensity, freshness, and the authentic character of Oli del Raig. Proximity and sustainability
This project reflects our commitment to local products and sustainability. We support a short supply chain, where the oil goes directly from the mill to our headquarters — less than 60 km — and from there to the consumer. This ensures maximum freshness, reduced environmental impact, and direct support for local farmers.
