Implementation of IoT sensors in a painting line to improve the quality of the parts

Our company manufactures painted parts for the automotive industry, which has very high
quality requirements.
The variables that influence the quality of the parts are numerous, and it is very difficult to
establish a correlation between these variables and the obtained results in order to improve
first - pass quality of the parts.

How might we

The objective is to implement the following elements:
1. All the IoT sensors.
2. The necessary software.
3. A system capable of collecting these variables and using AI to analyze them.
Based on these results, we aim to manage and predict the necessary maintenance activities.
